Nick Eames is an independent sculptor, who creates and casts monumental sculptures inspired by natural forms. These are produced in his own original formula of casting materials, and situated in the rural landscapes of North Wales.
Liz Eames is an abstract painter, and a practitioner of both acupuncture and shiatsu therapy. Her work is influenced by 20 years of practicing Chinese medicine, studying Chinese philosophy, and working with people who are looking for peace within.
What to expect:
Visitors can explore a working sculpture garden and studio, with original pieces in varying stages of development. Liz will be both painting and exhibiting her work in the 'Little White Studio.'
The studio is open 14/15 and 21/22 September for Helfa Gelf (11.00am-4.00pm)
Directly to the right and around the corner from 'The White Horse' pub, Cilcain, at the crossroads down the road from the Village Hall and St. Mary's Church. Look out for the tall sculpture over the hedge at the entrance!
Well-situated for a thirst quenching break or a pub lunch directly afterwards! It's well worth popping into the Community Shop and seeing the medieval roof of the church while you're in the area...
This studio is open throughout the year by appointment
