I am a visual artist working with print and paint. I graduated in 2015, with a first class honors degree, BA, from Bangor Universitys Life Long Learning faculty. My work is informed by story telling, mythology and the Welsh landscape. I also study the human figure in motion- playing musical instruments and dancing. I am currently in the process of renovating a 20 year old Mercedes mini bus which will become a studio space and temporary home. I am embarking on a long term project, journeying through the landscape offrering pop up experiences ranging from gallery to participatory events.

I also consider myself a performance artist, having engaged over the last 30 years in various impromptu pieces of street theatre and community created ceremony and celebration.

I am available for dreaming into new creative ventures, and for helping breath new life into old and tired ones.

As well as a fine art degree I have a psychology degree and various qualifications, and many years experience in counselling, social work and analysis.

A mother of five and grandmother of seven, I have lived and worked with children of all ages. I have initiated and facilitated school and community projects ranging from puppet making, textiles, murals and face painting.

In this age of screens and virtual social networking my passion and concerns are dedicated to real time, face to face human interaction.
