I am an Artist, Designer, Illustrator and Tutor and I have been a practising Artist for the last 25 years. Presently my work involves up cycling and saving furniture from landfill sites; and collecting Artefacts for use in Collage and Assembledge Pieces . The other direction my work is taking me is Batiking and Tie Dying.  I am currently exploring new ways of working with Artefacts etc.

I have lived n Wales all of my life and this is where I have brought up my family.

After having my children and when my youngest was able to start school, was when I started my degree. It was a part time degree in Design Illustration. I graduated in 2004 then in 2007 I graduated as an Art Tutor.

I worked as a Community Art Tutor for various organisations across North Wales.

Later in my career I started making Artisan pieces for the purpose of selling, and eventually I ended up with my own Pop Up Shop in Colwyn Bay. At this time I also mentored other Arts and Crafters and helped them to sell their work.

My time in the shop has recently come to an end, and I am using this opportunity to further develop my Artistic work. I have recently started teaching again, and I have been involved  with working with some multiple cross over of using the Arts in an alternative context.

I will be featuring some of my original work and some of my new experimental work in this year's Art Trail. I hope you will find it interesting to visit me?
